In August 2012, the Office of Public Works invited expressions of interest for the staging of events within the Phoenix Park.

Following an extensive seven month consultation process involving MCD, the Office of Public Works, Dublin City Council and An Garda Siochana, MCD and their agents confirm their intention to stage a series of concerts at the Phoenix Park, Dublin.

The first artist announced to play the Phoenix Parkon 14th July is Mumford & Sons. The band recently played three sell out Irish concerts dates in Galway, Dublin & Belfast.

A full public consultation process will now be undertaken in compliance with licensing requirements.
