The O2, Dublin, June 29th

Tickets from €39.50 (inc booking fee), On Sale Friday 14th September at 9am.

Monday 10th September 9am: Multiplatinum pop-rock superstars Maroon 5 will play The O2 Dublin, June 29th, with special guests Neon Trees. Tickets from €39.50 (including booking fee), onsale this Friday 14th September at 9am. Tickets will be available to purchase from Ticketmaster outlets nationwide and online at Ticketmaster.ie (limited to 8 per transaction).

This 3 time Grammy-winning quintet are considered one of the most popular bands of the last decade and have topped the charts with massive hits including “This Love”, "She Will Be Loved”, "Makes Me Wonder" and more recently the Multi-Platinum selling #1 Single Moves Like Jagger, which held the #1 spot in the Irish Chart for over 4 Weeks and was one of the most successful singles of 2011.

Following the massive success of Moves Like Jagger and the follow up single, the Platinum selling #1 Payphone, Maroon 5 released their 4th studio album Overexposed to critical and commercial success, with the album debuting at #1 on the iTunes Chart.  Their newest album captures Maroon 5’s decision to open itself up to risk. The album contains collaborations with legendary hitmakers Max Martin (Britney, Justin Bieber) Benny Blanco (Katy Perry, Gym Class Heroes) and Ryan Tedder (Beyoncé, OneRepublic).

Adam Levine acknowledges that the title of the new Maroon 5 album is something of an inside joke. The name is a wink at the Los Angeles-based band’s seeming omnipresence, particularly since Levine joined the cast of NBC’s The Voice. Levine says that of all the band’s albums, Overexposed feels “both most and least like Maroon 5. There are lots of traces of the past, but it also hints at a new idea,” the singer explains. “More than anything I think this record says that it’s always cool to try—that you should always be willing to take a step beyond whatever feels comfortable.”

The new single One More Night, taken from Overexposed, is available to download now.
