IMPORTANT: NO QUEUING ALLOWED PRIOR TO GATES OPENING.
Patrons are advised to allow sufficient time to travel to the event and pass-through security checks.
If patrons do turn up early, they will be turned away at restricted area points around the event site. Queuing in streets around the venue will cause disruption to residents of the area and we appeal to patrons to heed this advice and respect the local community. Customers should plan to be within the venue 45 mins before show start.
THINGS TO KNOW
Expect at least 30-minute exiting time when leaving the arena.
Under 17s and parents with children should wait until the main crowd departs before starting to exit. Merchandise, refreshments and food outlets will remain open.
Strict age restrictions. Check ticket T&C’s.
For health and safety, camping or collapsible chairs are not allowed. Security will have to refuse you entry with them.
This event will take place rain, hail or shine. Check the forecast and dress accordingly for Irish weather – think boots or runners, layers, raincoats/ponchos and sun cream but remember no umbrellas.
Show your ticket at the ticket check outside the venue for inspection. Do not travel without a valid ticket. The Gardaí will be operating ticket checks on all approach routes.
Strict security checks will be in operation. Everyone will be subject to a search permissible under law, per Purchase Policy. It is a condition of entry, to protect everyone’s safety. Additional searches may take place once inside the venue.
Patrons are especially advised not to bring large bags as they may experience delays or be refused entry. There will be no storage facilities on site. Any items left at entrances/in surrounding areas will be removed and disposed of accordingly.
Signs/flags bigger than A3, flag poles, glass or cans, umbrellas, alcohol, e-scooters/e-bikes, disposable vapes, flares, professional cameras and audio recording equipment will not be permitted, see the full list of prohibited items on Prohibited Items | MCD.ie.
No hard plastic, metal or glass reusables permitted. Soft collapsible water skins are permitted.
Obey the stewards and Gardaí and instructions given over the public address for your own safety.
There are no re-admissions to the concert. If you leave, there is no re-entry.
Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission without refund to anyone who fails to comply with these T&Cs, as agreed by customer and per Purchase Policy.
Don’t rush to exit after the concerts. No early queuing allowed. Patrons are advised to allow

TRANSPORT
Essential to plan and book your return travel arrangements in advance using official NTA licensed transport providers.
Allow yourself at least an additional 3 hours travel time to and from the venue. As traffic delays are inevitable, please plan accordingly.
Expect a minimum wait of two hours when exiting the car and coach parks after the concert as part of the controlled Traffic Management Plan, which is in place to ensure the safe departure of all patrons. Coaches are given priority over private cars during the exit process.
Public and private transport services are managed under licence from the National Transport Authority (NTA).
Promoters do not operate transport to/from venue. This is matter for customers to arrange in advance.

There will be 5 official prebooked car parks for this event: Green, Blue, Pink and Red 1 & 2.
Car parks are assigned when booking based on Garda traffic management plans. Car parks MUST be prebooked via Evntz App.
Please do NOT park illegally or in residential areas.

Private Coach Companies
As per Gardaí/NTA and promoter messaging: All buses/ coaches MUST book into a dedicated bus park including private minibuses.
No roadside parking is permitted. 24hr towing and clamping will be in operation.
Authorities will be on enforcement duty.

AGE POLICY
Under 16’s MUST be accompanied at all times, by a Parent/Guardian over 25, who takes full responsibility and remains with them throughout the event.
Strict age monitoring will be in place. Unaccompanied under 16’s will be refused entry without refund. The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission without refund to anyone who fails to comply.
Recommended no under 12’s. All attendees must have a ticket.

Accessible ticketholders do not need to contact us. They will be contacted directly regarding accessible parking options. All accessible parking must be arranged in advance.
Slane Castle is in a residential area and village. We would appeal to all concert goers to respect the local community by not littering, not engaging in anti-social behaviour and by not parking illegally. Please respect the neighbours. Detailed event map will be available in Evntz App.
