IMPORTANT: NO QUEUING OR CAMPING ALLOWED PRIOR TO GATES OPENING.
Patrons are advised to allow sufficient time to travel to the event and pass-through security checks.
If patrons do turn up early, they will be turned away at restricted area points around the event site. Queuing in streets around the venue will cause disruption to residents of the area and we appeal to patrons to heed this advice and respect the local community. Customers should plan to be within the venue 45 mins before show start.
THINGS TO KNOW
Expect at least 30 mins exiting time when leaving the venue.
Under 17’s and parents with children should wait 15 mins after the concert before starting to exit. Merchandise, refreshments and food outlets will remain open.
Strict age restrictions. Check ticket T&C’s.
For health and safety, camping or collapsible chairs are not allowed. Security will have to refuse you entry with them.
This event will take place rail, hail or shine. Check the forecast and dress accordingly for Irish weather – think boots or runners, layers, raincoats/ponchos and sun cream but remember no umbrellas.
Show your ticket at the ticket check outside the venue for inspection.
Strict security checks will be in operation. Everyone will be subject to a search permissible under law, per Purchase Policy. It is a condition of entry, to protect everyone’s safety. Additional searches may take place once inside the venue.
Patrons are especially advised not to bring large bags/backpacks as they may experience delays or be refused entry. There will be no storage facilities on site. Any items left at entrances/in surrounding areas will be removed and disposed of accordingly.
Bags larger than A4, signs/flags bigger than A3, flag poles, glass or cans, umbrellas, alcohol, e-scooters/e-bikes, disposable vapes, flares, professional cameras and audio recording equipment will not be permitted, see the full list of prohibited items on Prohibited Items | MCD.ie.
Soft collapsible water skins permitted in all areas. No hard plastic, metal or glass reusables permitted. There will be free water points for pitch customers.
Obey the stewards and Gardaí and instructions given over the public address for your own safety.
There are no re-admissions to the concert. If you leave, there is no re-entry.
Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission without refund to anyone who fails to comply with these T&Cs, as agreed by customer and per Purchase Policy.
Don’t rush to exit after the concerts.
CARD PAYMENTS
The Aviva Stadium is a cashless venue.
TRANSPORT
Plan and book your return travel arrangements in advance using official NTA licensed transport providers. Allow yourself at least an additional 3 hours travel time to and from the venue. As traffic delays are inevitable you are encouraged to walk, cycle, use public transport and private coach services.
Public and private transport services are managed and operated under licence by the National Transport Authority (NTA).
Promoters do not operate transport to/from venue. This is matter for customers to arrange in advance.

You must enter through whichever gate is detailed on your ticket. Your ticket background colour is your dedicated route.
BLUE ROUTE (West Stand Upper & Front Standing West) Enter via Shelbourne Road.

There will be two box offices located on Shelbourne Road and on Herbert Road - please see map.
Please download your tickets to your phone ahead of the event - don't wait until the day. Screenshots will not work as barcodes are live and updating regularly.
AGE POLICY
Standing 14+ only.
Under 16’s MUST be accompanied at all times by a Parent/Guardian over 25, who takes full responsibility and remains with them throughout the event.
Strict age monitoring will be in place. Unaccompanied under 16’s will be refused entry without refund. The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission without refund to anyone who fails to comply.
Recommended no under 5’s. All attendees must have a ticket.

Accessible ticketholders do not need to contact us. They will be contacted directly.
All accessible parking must be arranged in advance.
